• Hand washing is the name of the game for your best cast iron frypan. You can wash it almost anyway but don€™t put your pan in the dishwasher. Avoid leaving it sitting in water .
• Reverse sear your steaks on your cast-iron frying pan. Put your steaks at low temp in the oven for an hour. Pull them out and sear your steaks on your cracking hot frypan. Let them rest then eat.
