Note: USB powered so we do not provide an adapter, you can use your cellphone adapter or plug it into computer ports.
When using it for the first time, soak the cotton swab in water for 10 seconds, and then put it into the product for use.
We recommend you to use essential oils which will be mixed with water faster, and regularly cleaning the top mist outlet can let the humidifier work better.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as intimate or sanitary goods and health and personal care items.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
